When should I RSVP for the wedding?

Due to vendor contracts and obligations, we are required to get all RSVPs in by 07/13/2025. If you still need more time, we completely understand! Please send either one of us a message, so we can make the necessary arrangements and work on getting a different date for you! We are looking forward to celebrating with all of you 😊

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4pm. I would suggest arriving no later than 3:45pm to ensure time to find a seat and get comfortable. If you arrive late, please wait in the back near the side as we would not like to take away from the ceremony. You will still be able to see the action!

Is there parking?

Yes! There is parking at the venue. You can leave your vehicles at the venue overnight as well. They will need to be retrieved by 12pm the next day. There will be a trolly to transport the wedding party and a few additionals to the downtown bars after the reception.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal! You don’t have to wear the theme colors, but please no jeans, tee shirts, flip flops, or anything too casual. Think best dressed! If you have any additional questions about dress code, feel free to text or call one of us and we can elaborate!

Will the ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour be inside or outside?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be held inside. If it rains, there are accommodations in place to have everything inside!

What will the weather be like?

The weather should be in the high 60s-low 70s! Perfect for a fall outdoor wedding.

What is the wedding day timeline?

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, followed by the reception at 4:30pm until 8:30pm. All guests will need to leave by 8:30pm.

How do I get to the venue? Will there be transportation?

The venue address is 136 Red Gate Farms Trails Savannah, Ga 31405. It is 6 miles from downtown. We highly suggest using Uber or Lyft if you are staying downtown and would like to bar hop afterwards. If you’d like to drive, there is parking at the venue! You can leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 12pm the next day. We will have a wedding trolley transport the wedding party and a few additional guests to the bars after the ceremony, but it will not be able to transport everyone.

What’s the best way to RSVP?

The best way to RSVP is through this website! Simply click the RSVP tab and search your name. If that will not work for you, reach out to either one of us directly and we will RSVP for you 😊

Will there be a hotel block?

Yes! We have some rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District. We suggest looking around downtown Savannah and comparing that rate with other hotels. Something else to consider is checking the Holiday Inn website and comparing our rate with theirs. Depending on the time you book, their direct rate may be cheaper than the rate they gave us. Booking through Holiday Inn, you can book a room that includes breakfast and parking. Our rate does NOT include those add-ons. ******SEE TRAVEL PAGE******

What kind of food will be served?

We are having southern food for dinner! If you have any dietary restrictions, please notate them on your RSVP!

Do you have a gift registry?

We do have a registry! We are asking that in lieu of gifts we receive donations towards our honeymoon! If you’d prefer to bring a gift, we will have a gift table. We included a few gifts on a registry as well! Our honeymoon fund is also linked. While we appreciate all gifts given, they are NOT required! Your attendance is a gift in itself ❤️

Can we take pictures?

We are asking that our guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. This is a very special day for us and we’d like to enjoy it with all of our loved ones unplugged. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

When you RSVP on the website you will be able to see all of those who have been invited from your household and/or if you are able to bring a guest. Feel free to reach out to either one of us regarding this.

Can we bring our kids?

Children are welcome to attend! When you RSVP, please answer the question about children and let us know how many you are bringing with you so that we have an accurate guest count. We can’t wait to see you all!
