We understand that most of our guests are coming in from out of town. To make things as easy as we can, we have blocked some rooms at the Holiday Inn downtown near River Street! We suggest using our booking link and comparing our rate to their rate on their website. Depending on the time you book, it could be cheaper going through their main site instead of our link.

**Some things to keep in mind**

The rate they gave us does NOT include breakfast or parking. Those will be add ons. Our rate is also only for Wednesday-Thursday, but if you’d like Friday as well reach out to one of us and we can have the hotel add it onto the rate!

We are staying at the JW Marriott on River Street. You are more than welcome to book there as well, but we do not have a room block for that hotel. The Holiday Inn is about a 3 minute walk to the JW Marriott, so we will be in close proximity 😊
