It was a cold December night when the world was in the throes of a pandemic. Two people sitting by the glow of their phones, decided to swipe right; they matched, and had little idea the great adventure that awaited them.

With the maritime bubble and quarantine, it was about a month until Tom and Tamara met in person. But, from their first date they both knew the other was special. After much hiking, a few weekend trips, countless dinners cooked together and many binged TV shows, at just shy of a year in one another’s lives they decided the time was right to move in together.

After numerous lockdowns, when the travel restrictions eased Tamara and Tom took advantage. First they visited Banff and next voyaged on a Caribbean cruise… even though Tom was nervous about ‘all that time on a boat.’ It was during that cruise, on a perfectly picturesque beach in Cozumel, Mexico that Tom asked Tamara to marry him - Tamara said YES

Less than a year later Tamara and Tom welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world and they couldn’t be more thrilled to be a little family of three.

We’re so excited to have the people who care about us most celebrate with us as we tie the knot. Can’t wait to see you all this summer.
