Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at noon. You will have the option to select a Garden View King (1 King bed) or Garden View Queens (2 Queen beds).
Credit card information is required to reserve a room but no deposit will be taken. Payment will be processed at the end of your stay.
If you would like to stay more nights than listed above, please book the 4 nights using the link then contact our housing coordinator Lucy Santiago at lucy.santiago@waileabeachresort.com to add more nights to your stay.
The cutoff date to book a room is December 1st, 2024. You cannot book a room through the room block after that date.
If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member you can enter your member number to earn points for the reservation, but you cannot use points to book through the room block. If you would like to use points, please book directly through the hotel's website. If you book directly through the hotel's website, you will not get the discounted rate associated with the room block.
If you would like a different type of room than what's listed, please contact our housing coordinator Lucy Santiago at lucy.santiago@waileabeachresort.com to see if that can be done.
If unfortunately, you need to cancel your reservation, you need to cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival otherwise a cancel fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Please make sure when booking flights to attend our wedding festivities, you fly onto the right island using airport code "OGG" to fly into Kahului airport, the only airport on Maui.
There are no direct flights from Kansas City (MCI) to Maui (OGG). For the Chicago/West coast people, there are direct flights from ORD, DEN, SFO, and LAX to OGG.
Flights from the Midwest to Maui "OGG" generally leave early in the morning and land the same day on Maui around 4pm so please plan accordingly as to not miss any part of the ceremony.
Flights leaving Maui "OGG" back to the Continental U.S. are generally always red-eye flights leaving around 8pm or 9pm back to the Midwest and landing in the early morning hours of the next day.
Taylor's travel tip: pack Olly sleep gummies & noise-cancelling headphones to sleep on the way home.
Kendall's travel tip: eat dinner before you board, the in-flight dinner is not as good as Cane's.

For transportation from Kahului Airport to Wailea Beach Resort and back, SpeediShuttle can be booked roundtrip for approximately $65/person using the link below.

Uber is widely used at Kahului airport and easily accessible for those who have the app.
Rental Car Options
If you would like to rent a car to travel freely throughout Maui, the below rental car companies are available a 5-10 minute walk or 5 minute trolley ride away from baggage claim at Kahului airport.
