This will be a high altitude wedding, in the sun, in a meadow. Here are some tips to help you prepare: bring Aspirin, drink lots of water (we will have water), drink less alcohol- (it will effect you more at altitude), potential plan additional time to acclimate to the altitude for a day or two before the event, bring sunscreen (we will have some too), bring hats or any sun protection you want, DO NOT WEAR HEELS- the meadow is not an even surface, there is no floor! Wearing heels will lead to a high risk of rolling your ankle. If you decide to wear wedges or something risky please bring backup shoes for when you change your mind. Lets all be short and have happy feet together please!

Seth & Tessa will be covering the cost of your hot springs tickets, rafting experience, and reception meal and drinks. If you choose to purchase food/drink at the hot springs, in-town between events, or after rafting that is on you ;) Float trip is BYOB/snacks

There is limited parking for the venue so we highly recommend walking if you are staying in Glenwood (it's a small town), taking an uber (not sure how many exit here), or ride sharing to the reception venue. If you must drive you can park either at the reception location (Veltus Park), Near the Ceremony Location (at the Glenwood High School parking lot) or you can also use any of the city parking locations or garages in town and walk.

We are planning to start launching around 9:00am. We ask that guest arrive early at 8:30am to sign the guest skis, get a morning beverage, collect your seating assignments and find a place to stand for the show. Launching is wind-cycle dependent. So though we plan to start at 9:00am, but this could change to slightly early or slightly later. The plan is for flights to end around 10:00am, but again this is wind and weather dependent. Please plan to be flexible and enjoy the air show!
