Our StoryLogan and Tinsley’s story began in the most unexpected way — with a washing machine. Ok... it's not what you all are thinking... so keep reading. A mutual friend was delivering one to Tinsley’s house, and Logan offered to come along to “help.” What he doesn’t usually admit is that he had been asking that same friend to introduce him to Tinsley for a while. So when the chance came up, he wasn’t about to miss it.Want to hear the funny part? Both of them had the biggest crush on each other from the very first moment they met. Sparks flew instantly, and Logan wasted no time making his move. The very next day, he asked Tinsley out to lunch at a little Mexican restaurant.It didn’t take long for them to realize this was something special. After that first date, they found themselves wanting to spend time together every single day. As time went on, they faced some of the hardest challenges life could throw their way — but instead of pulling them apart, those experiences made their bond unshakable. Walking through the tough times together is what truly made them realize they wanted to spend the rest of their lives side by side.Another thing that made them fall for each other was the way Tinsley immediately showed so much love to Logan’s daughter, Emma — and how much Emma adored Tinsley right back. Their bond quickly became one of the most important pieces of Logan and Tinsley’s relationship, and it didn’t take long before it felt like they were a family.Logan also knew Tinsley was his forever when she didn’t just accept his obsession with hunting ;she embraced it. Determined to be part of it, she even went out hunting on her own one day, staying in the woods for eight hours until she finally got her first turkey. The pride on her face (and the fact that she couldn’t wait to show Logan she had done it) was a moment he’ll never forget. Of course, along the way, they’ve had to get used to each other’s quirks. Tinsley has learned to embrace Logan’s many hobbies — from endless boat projects, his obsession with buying broken things just to tear them apart and rebuild them (even if it means buying ten broken things to make one that works), mud racing, and go-cart building. We also can't forget his well-known obsession with both hunting and cleanliness. As everyone who knows him has heard, it’s not truly clean unless it’s “Logan Clean.”Meanwhile, Logan is still learning to compromise when it comes to “Logan Clean,” since Tinsley admits she’s a bit on the messy side. This is not always the easiest balance for Logan’s OCD. But through plenty of patience (and maybe a little eye-rolling and arguments that Tinsley has accepted she will never win), they’ve learned how to make it work.Additionally, Logan has had to get used to Tinsley’s love for buying new things — especially clothes. That’s why she now occupies four out of the six closets in their house. He’s also had to accept, though he still won’t fully admit it, Tinsley’s obsession with her dog, Luna, whom he secretly loves just as much. And then there are the horses. Logan has officially become part of the “barn family,” whether he likes it or not. He always shows up to support Tinsley at her horse shows — even if it means spending nine hours at the show grounds for the 90 seconds she’s actually in the ring.Through it all, these little quirks, challenges, and joys have only made their relationship stronger. From a washing machine delivery to building a life full of love, laughter, and family, Logan and Tinsley’s story proves that the best relationships are built on patience, support, and joy in the everyday moments.The ProposalThe proposal happened when Tinsley least expected it. She thought Logan was going to do it on their trip to Canada, especially because Emma told her he was, but by the last night, with still no ring, she even joked that it clearly wasn’t happening. On their final day, she was tired from cleaning and laundry and a little grumpy when Logan asked her to help move the bikes back to the dock. Tinsley insisted they should stay in the garage for the summer, but Logan was persistent, so she finally helped — though not exactly happily.Once they got down to the dock, Emma asked Tinsley if they could stay a while and watch the sunset together. Tinsley, cold and cranky, said, “I’ve been trying to get y’all to do this all week, and now I’m freezing.” But when Emma insisted, saying she had something important to talk about, Tinsley agreed — though she wanted to grab a jacket first, since it was 50 degrees with a bay breeze.Back at the dock, Logan asked Emma if she could take a picture of the two of them. Tinsley was thrilled — Logan NEVER wants to take pictures! She even offered to go grab her phone, but Emma quickly replied, “I’ll just take it on mine.”That’s when Logan dropped to one knee.In total shock, Tinsley didn’t even hear what he said — she blurted out “of course!” before he actually asked. Then she followed it up with, “Are you sure? You want to marry me? Are you sure?” Logan still jokes that Tinsley was the one who proposed that night, since he never even got the words out.It was the perfect surprise ending to their love story’s beginning — and the start of the rest of their lives together.
