Getting to Mystic

By Train

Mystic is a train ride away from NYC, or anywhere on an Amtrak Line. You can take Amtrak directly to Mystic, or to New London, where trains run more frequently.

There is also a slightly longer, more economical route from NYC by taking Metro North from Grand Central to New Haven and transferring to the Shore Line East, which runs to New London.

The hotel offers a shuttle for $5 -- if you call ahead, they can arrange to pick you up at either train station

By Plane

Many local airports are within driving distance to Mystic:

For shortest driving distance:

Providence, RI is a 45min drive.

Bradley (Hartford, CT) is just over a one-hour drive.

See here for more detailed directions.

For direct flights:

These airports are a bit of a longer drive, but have more flights that are likely to be direct:

Boston is a 1 hour, 40min drive.

LGA and JFK are each slightly over 2 hours.

From NYC and Boston, you can also get to Mystic by train (see above).
