We wanted to provide an important notice regarding the accommodations for our upcoming wedding weekend in New Orleans. The Taylor Swift Eras Tour will in town all weekend and accomodations are filling up very quickly. There are three options we recommend:
1) Wedding Hotel Booking Page: We have secured special group rates for the hotels on THIS link which offer exclusive discounts that you will not find elsewhere. But act fast – these rates are subject to change and may sell out quickly.
2) Hotel Provincial: Most hotels are booked and/or not offering room blocks during this weekend, however, we were able to secure one room block with Hotel Provincial and the details can be found below.
3) AirBnb or Vrbo: There is still availability on AirBnb and Vrbo in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

Room Block Details: Each reservation must be guaranteed via credit card FOR RATE, TAX, OCCUPANCY, & INCIDENTALS. A DEPOSIT OF FRIDAY NIGHTS RATE TYPE & TAX DUE UPON BOOKING. The cut-off date for making reservations is AUGUST 9TH, 2024 AND DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE AT THIS TIME. NONREFUNDABLE BALANCE DUE SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2024 (CUTOFF DATE). If a room cancels from the group after this date or after the block is full, it does not become part of the Group Block again. Individuals may also call the Hotel P rovincial at (504)581-4995 in order to make reservations.
