We met at a house party in Montréal 6 years ago, almost to the exact day of our wedding. We had a very strong connection from our first conversation and went on a date in Montréal the very next night. A week later, Jonathan was already flying back to Montréal to visit Virginie. The next weekend, Virginie was in Boston for Jonathan's 24th birthday.

We spent the next 3 years visiting each other whenever we could and building an amazing relationship while traveling around the world together. We unofficially moved in together for a temporary lease in 2020 and got to spend many months together throughout the pandemic.

Jonathan proposed on an absolutely spectacular and sunny day on August 7, 2021 joined with family and friends in Boston. The following week, we moved to Austin where we bought our first home, adopted our first kitten, and started two businesses; a pediatric speech therapy practice and a venture capital firm.

We have selected Virginie's hometown city of Montréal for our special weekend. We are delighted for you to join the festivities!
