Samantha is the best thing 9th grade biology ever could have brought me (and that's coming from someone that became a high school science teacher!). No one responds to a text faster or has a wittier comment to make me feel better when I start to spiral. She is faithful, forgiving, and funny-- everything you could ever want in a best friend.

Seth started as my womb-mate and is now my best friend. No other person I know of in the world thinks as deeply, cares as intentionally, and explores life more abundantly than Seth. His multi-talentedness, humor, intellect, and loyalty are all so unique to him and are why I am thankful that he is my built-in best friend!

My big sister and buddy through it all! Camryn is empathetic, adventurous, and easy to talk to. She is always down to do something fun and someone I know I can talk to no matter what it is I have to talk about. I am thankful to have her with me through all of life's biggest and smallest moments.

Mat has been a role model of mine my whole life. I owe my interest in guitar and theology to him, and he has always been the goofiest, most fun big brother to have and get advice from. Even though he is twenty years older than me he has always, and still does, feel like one of my best friends!

Undoubtedly the coolest of the Ennis sisters and my favorite teenager on earth. MC is smart, talented, and a joy to be around. I am so lucky to have her be the one to steal my spotlight as the youngest child, and she does a pretty dang good job at it. I also have MC to thank for keeping me hip enough to teach 9th graders. Did I mention she's also cooler than me?

John has always been the coolest big brother, from being in a hard rock band, to being a YouTuber, and to being an awesome model to me of a loving husband and father. John brings his charismatic personality wherever he goes, but also always remains unbelievably down to earth, and is quick to pour into me and have serious, advice-filled conversations. He's also a great cook!

Lauren is Will's big sister and the prayer warrior behind his existence, so I've got a lot to be thankful for in her!! With a 13 year age gap between them, it is crazy to think that Lauren was praying for a little sibling for so long and eventually the Lord answered with 2! I am blessed to gain another big sister and friend!

Hays is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is also loyal, understanding, always willing to listen, and downright hilarious. Since freshman year of college, I have always felt like Hays was another brother, and someone I can talk to about anything. We have shared so many laughs and memories, and I am super excited for the smiles and warmth he will bring to the wedding party!

Katie's wisdom, care for her people, and continual pursuit of joy make her one of my favorite people. Our freshman hall was a crazy place, but it's one of my favorites since it gave me her! I love every moment we've spent together particularly the QuikTrip runs of our final college semester. There are few things I love more in life than a car chat and a cold Dr. Pepper.

Grayson and I go all the way back to fourth grade. Although we initially got sick of each other playing Minecraft together over the summer until four in the morning, I would not trade those memories for anything. Grayson is insanely intelligent, wise, creative, and down to earth. We have been on so many high school trips, outdoor adventures, and random night drives together, and I always know without a doubt that I have someone to hang out with when I go back home!

Roomie of 3 years and friend for a lifetime ! Beginning with way too many Caf dinners and Zumba classes, Hayden has been there through all of my highs and lows of college and continues to bless both Will and I with her wonderful advice, encouragement, and friendship! She is also one of the few people that can keep up with the sheer number of word games we play.

Will is my favorite person named Will besides myself....no, in all seriousness, Will has always been a great friend of mine, and remains committed to that even though we live farther apart now. We have shared so many hobbies throughout the years, like running, Rubik's cubing, and Supercell mobile games. Will's goofy energy and loyalty are something I am super thankful for, and I know that him and I will go on many more fun adventures with the "Geronimo Guys" for years to come!

The second bridesmaid whose friendship was deepened most by a science class (yay OChem!). Emma is strong, energetic, and loves hard. I am so grateful to have her to laugh with, cry with, and thrift with. We had a joke for so long that I was going to put her in an overwhelmingly bright dress for my wedding, but lucky for her, navy isn't too far from black.

From interacting briefly at youth camp to being roommates for two years, Daniel and I's friendship and brotherhood really blossomed throughout college, and for that I am super thankful. Daniel knows the Bible better than anyone else I know, and is always an encouraging brother in Christ. I will always enjoy laughing at how much food Daniel eats, going on runs and hikes together, and just having deep, joyful fellowship whenever he is around!

Annabelle is sunshine as a person. We met in my first week at Mercer when we competed in a water balloon toss (we lost) and have been friends ever since. She is kind, wise, and exudes Christ's love for others. She's also the biggest prankster I know, so don't let her sweet smile fool you!

Kevin and I met at Reformed University Fellowship, and instantly became good friends. Kevin is the easiest person to talk to, and can immediately go from being adventurous and goofy to talking about something serious. Kevin is super loyal, kind, and thoughtful. He also remains a constant chess opponent of mine to this day!

I owe a lot to Emmaline and her car (rip Lola the Corolla) for getting me around for most of college. Those carpools were extremely helpful but they also gave me a wonderful friend. She is passionate, consistent, and listens well. She's also hilarious.

Van was one of the first people I met at Mercer, and we immediately bonded over our faith, goofiness, and love for music. Van is insanely smart and talented, and the most encouraging friend one could have. Every time I hang out with Van I remember what being on fire for the Lord truly looks like!
