PARKING AT HOTEL DROVER
Hotel Drover offers valet-only parking for $20. As much as we wish we could cover everything, valet parking at the venue is not included and will be the responsibility of our guests. There are also parking lots available around the stockyards.
Can we bring kids?
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to have an adults-only wedding. We understand this might require some extra planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate!
Can I bring a guest?
Some invitations have already included a plus-one, but for those who would like to bring a guest, we kindly ask that you contact us before submitting your RSVP so we can ensure we have enough space and make arrangements.
What should I avoid wearing?
White or pale yellow dresses, mini dresses or mini skirts, jeans
Is the ceremony Indoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, the reception will be inside starting at 6pm. The weather in April is very mild but be sure to check the forecast!
What time is send-off?
We won’t be doing a traditional send-off — instead, join us for a New Orleans–style second line parade starting at 10:00 PM! We’ll dance our way through the Stockyards and wrap up around 10:30 at the after party. Don’t miss it!
Where should we send or drop off gifts?
Our address is already listed in the registry for any gifts purchased online. If you choose something outside the registry or have it shipped to yourself, you’re welcome to bring it to the ceremony and place it on the gift and card table. You can also ship it directly to me—just reach out and I’ll send you the address! Zoe: (832) 531-3802
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs or questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.
Food & Drink
Waters, beer, and wine will be provided all night. During cocktail hour, you can also enjoy signature cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. After cocktail hour, cocktails will be available at the cash bar. At the reception, dinner will be served, along with coffee and tea, to keep you fueled for dancing!
What is the dress code?
Formal: For men, this typically means a suit with a tie or bolo. For women, we recommend a long cocktail dress. Tattoos are welcome, jeans are not! SEE PICS FOR INSPO:
