Aspen & Alston is about 45 minutes from Columbus and 30 minutes from Dublin’s Bridge Park. Ubers and Lyft’s are limited in the area. Aspen & Alston has plenty of guest parking. If cars are to be left over night, we must inform the venue and remove all cars by 10am the following morning. We are providing a shuttle bus that seats 56 from Bridge Park’s Springhill Suites to the venue, and back. The shuttle bus is completely full based on your RSVP’s. Please only ride the bus if you’ve RSVP’ed as such.

Because the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and on grass, we highly recommend you wear thick heeled shoes. Stilettos and kitten heels will simply sink.

Bring an umbrella! The wedding ceremony is intended to be outside in front of a beautiful oak tree. Cocktail hour will be under the string lights of the courtyard garden. If there is rain, the ceremony will likely still be held outside, when the rain lets up. The cocktail hour will be moved inside the barn.

We are excited to have Wood Fired Catering Co. serving up some incredible wood fired pizzas. We’ll have charcuterie and pepperoni bread during cocktail hour, and a variety of pizzas plus salad during the reception. We’ll make sure there’s vegetarian and gluten free options. All food will be peanut/tree nut free to accommodate the bride and any others plagued with this allergy.

Duh. You know we love a good party. There will be beer, wine, seltzers and NA options. Please drink responsibly and respectfully as the venue is on the property of the venue owners home.

Not really. The barn is open and not necessarily temperature controlled. There are fans and heaters, if needed. Please bring layers as we are unsure what October evenings will feel like.

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be those participating in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

We plan on it! The reception ends at 11pm and all are welcome to meet up at Bridge Park to continue the celebration. There will be a shuttle service taking guests back to the Springhill Suites Hotel, close to all the bars and restaurants in Bridge Park. Specific plans TBD.
