We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding, however, the evening will be kid free.

The dress code is Black-Tie Encouraged. Please see the "Attire" section for more information and inspiration!

"Black-Tie Encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal/dark colored suit or long cocktail dress instead. We have a section on the website designated for outfit help as well!

Guests should arrive no later than 1:45 in the afternoon. Seating will begin at 1:30 and will end promptly at 1:45. The processional will begin promptly at 2:00 and unfortunately, late guests will not be permitted.

Both the church and the reception venue have large lots to provide ample parking for all. See the question below for information about the reception venue transportation option!

There will be roughly an hour and a half to two hour gap between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour. This is a great opportunity to stop by your hotel and freshen up, and maybe grab your dancing shoes/socks! For guests staying in the blocked hotels, we will be providing an optional bus to and from the reception venue. If you would prefer to leave your car behind, maybe to enjoy more cocktails ;) this is a perfect option for you. Please let us know on your RSVP if you intend to take the bus! The bus will be running back and forth a few times during the evening, times TBD. First pickup will be outside of the Staybridge Suites at 5:15pm.

Please RSVP by September 10th. Any RSVP after this date will be marked "not attending". If something changes after September 10th, please text Anna at (804) 253-2806 and we can see what we can do. :) Our hotel blocks also close on September 10th, so be sure to book your rooms if you're planning to stay at one of the hotels listed!

No, photos are not permitted during the ceremony. We are opting for an unplugged ceremony. Please leave devices in the car to focus on the ceremony and to be present with all. There will be plenty of photos taken by the professionals!

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your formal invitation envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your envelope will say "Mr.Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in our celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family. We hope you understand!

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
