Travel + Leisure just rated Bucks County the #1 fall foliage destination in the US for 2024! We are so excited that you all get to experience the beauty of Bucks County, PA during one of the prettiest times of the year.
Van Sant Airport is one of Connor and I's favorite spots to watch airplanes in the area. There are vintage biplanes, burgers and dogs, and plenty of other plane spotting at this iconic spot to view all of the fall foliage!
Peddler's Village is where Connor and I went for our first date! We love this spot during every season whether it's to grab a bite to eat, shop, or just walk around it is perfect.
Mercer Museum is a historic museum located in the heart of Doylestown. This spectacular museum was made to house all of Henry Mercer's collection of pre-industrial age objects. "More than 60 Early American trades are represented in the Mercer Museum."
Fonthill Castle was the first home of Henry Mercer, mentioned above when talking about the Mercer Museum, and is another great spot to go explore in Doylestown. Fonthill Castle is a focal point of Doylestown that you don't want to miss!
Washington Crossing Historic Park is a neat spot right on the border of PA and NJ to explore where Washington crossed the Delaware River! Some parts of the park are free, while others may have a fee, but it is worth a stop for sure.
