We stayed here in July 2023. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and has a restaurant on the inside with a decent menu. The staff is nice, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the parking lot is gated but it's on a semi-busy road so it can be noisy. We rate this one 8.5/10

We didn't get a chance to stay here but we did walk around the town and we wish we could've stayed. There are many cafes/bars with outdoor seating and the town looks like it's out of a Hallmark movie. There is a 11th century Abbey to tour and a few castles in the surrounding area. There are some B&B's located here as well. Just based off the town, we rate this 9/10

We stayed here in July 2023. The town is located on the Seine river in a small village. There are a few cafes/bars/restaurants to visit and you can watch the boats go down the river or roam the narrow streets. The hotel has a nicely decorated lobby and an attached restaurant but the rooms were showing signs of the building's age (think slanted floors). We rate this 7.5/10

35 minutes from the venue (22mi)

We did not stay here but we had an espresso in their cafe, it's in a great part of town and the building is beautiful. There are a number of hotels to stay at in Rouen for a decent price - we recommend staying on the right side of the river (Rive Droite) because it is near all of the attractions and the left side is more industrial and less touristy. We stayed at B&B Hotel Rouen Centre Rive Droite and Hôtel d’Angleterre when we visited in July 2023. These hotels were clean/standard but nothing special so we don't have any specific recommendations here.

We did not stay here on our visit in July 2023 but it is the one of the closest and largest hotels near the venue and probably the most similar to what is familiar in the states.
