Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} and Guest" if a plus one has been given. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.

As our desire is to keep this event intimate, we hope you are understanding of our request for this to be a child-free event. Children are welcome throughout the remainder of the weekends events, including movie night!

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We are requesting that all guests wear formal attire (suits and evening gowns). *No jeans, t-shirts, and/or shorts.

Please RSVP by February 1st, 2024. Because this is a destination wedding, all guests will need to ensure accommodations, flights, and transportation is booked as early as possible.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. We ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time to park, take in the beautiful scenery, and find your seat.

The address provided on the wedding invitation will bring you to Mt. Crested Butte Town Hall (Mt. Crested Butte City Office on Google Maps). There are two parking lots available - a paved lot and a gravel lot. The paved lot will require guests to take stairs to reach the ceremony area while the gravel lot has accessible ramps for use. We will also have signage to guide you.

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held in an open-air venue with overhead coverage. Colorado weather in late August/early September has an average high of 70 degrees and low of 40 degrees. For those coming from out of state, 70 degrees in the mountains is different than 70 degrees at lower altitude (like Indiana). We encourage you to review the weather and bring layers accordingly!

No. Seriously. You are welcome to take photos at all other times outside of the ceremony. We also kindly ask that you do not post any photos of the grooms on social media until they have had an opportunity to do so first.

While everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for the entire timeframe, we understand that not everyone will be able to do so. See our 'Travel' page for expected hotel costs. We encourage guests to use this destination wedding as a chance to create a magical vacation in the mountains. There are plenty of outdoor activities, hikes, restaurants, and other fun things to do in and around Crested Butte to keep you occupied. We also plan to have some optional activities throughout that time which will be open to anyone who will be around. As always, we look forward to creating new memories with our friends and family in a place that is incredibly special to us.
