One of our favorite places in the world, Crested Butte is an outdoor paradise located approximately 4 hours Southwest of Denver, CO.
Hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, good food and drink, and relaxed mountain culture are your fingertips here.

Lodging: Nordic Inn
This accommodation is located adjacent to the wedding/reception venue and includes complimentary continental breakfast. Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their accommodations before July 28th, 2024. We recommend booking ASAP, as this is Labor Day Weekend. As our guests, you will receive a 15% discount on your stay.
Please note that we have taken the liberty to block rooms from 08/29/24 - 09/03/24. All guests are welcome to stay for the duration but it is certainly not required. If you would like to stay for a shorter duration, please communicate that to the concierge when confirming your booking at Nordic Inn and update your RSVP on our website.
There are both King and Double Queen rooms available for selection. If the invitation is addressed to a singular person, please reserve a King room.
Costs including discount are listed below. If you are being quoted a number higher than this please let us know! We will make sure the below rate is honored. Payment in full is not required until you arrive.
King - $217 per night.
Double Queen - $257 per night.
If you received supplemental housing information alongside your Save the Date, please reach out to Austin and/or Logan to coordinate your housing at the Summit Residence.
Should you choose an alternate accommodation, please do let us know so we can update the Nordic Inn.

Travel to CB from Denver via Rental Car
If you choose to fly into Denver, renting a car from the Airport (convenient) or Downtown Denver (cheaper + better selection) to get to Crested Butte is a great option that will allow you to take advantage of all that CB has to offer. If you decide to rent in downtown Denver, you can ride the train from the Airport to Union Station for a small fee. We have driven from Denver to Crested Butte several times and always enjoy the scenic drive over Cottonwood Pass - where you'll see the Continental Divide, beautiful foliage and mountain views, and lots of wildlife. We also highly recommend carpooling to be environmentally conscious and save some money in the process.
Travel to CB from Denver via Charter Bus
If you choose to fly into Denver, but maybe don't enjoy driving in the mountains or don't want to rent a car, there is public transportation available via charter bus. When he's traveling to Crested Butte alone, Austin often first takes the train from Denver Airport to Denver Union Station, and then boards the Denver-CB bus route which departs from Union Station at 1:50pm daily (schedule and price here) and will take you directly into Crested Butte.

Travel to CB by flying into Gunnison Airport (GUC)
Alternatively, you may choose to fly into Gunnison, CO, which is approximately 35 minutes from Crested Butte. While this option is much closer, the flights are often more expensive as it is a local airport. Family has suggested that guests look into applying for a United Airlines credit card when they are offering 50,000 or more miles if you meet their minimum spend amount in the first 2-3 months. This could potentially provide you with ample airline miles to fly directly into Gunnison. Feel free to take advantage of our referral code here.
There will also be car rental or public transport options available at the Gunnison Airport.
Transportation in CB: Mountain Express Shuttle
Take one of the unique, mural-covered town shuttles offered to travel between the town of Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte (where our lodging and venue are located).

The Mountain Express Bus operates non-stop service every 20 minutes from the 4-Way Stop in Crested Butte to Mountaineer Square and beyond in Mt. Crested Butte.
TRANSPORTATION IN Mt. CB: FIRST TRACKS
Crested Butte's own FREE uber-esque service -order a ride on demand via phone ((970) 713-4070) or the app (Android, iPhone) from 7:15 AM to 12:15 AM daily for a anywhere within Mt. Crested Butte.
Please note this service is ONLY active in Mt. Crested Butte (no service to downtown CB, use the Mountain Express for this), however should be able to get you TO and FROM your lodging at Nordic Inn or nearby to the Mountain Wedding Garden venue or the Summit Residence where Austin & Logan will be staying.
FirstTracks works in connection with the Mountain Express Town Shuttles. FirstTracks will transport you from North Mt. Crested Butte to the Mt. Crested Butte Transit Center where you can connect to the Mountain Express Town Shuttle.
