Hey everyone! If you are reading this, you have RSVP’ed YES to the wedding. We are so excited to see you all and celebrate in a few weeks!! PLEASE TAKE 2 MINUTES TO READ THESE LAST MINUTE NOTES!

- WE ARE HOSTING A FRIDAY NIGHT HANGOUT!!!! We will have subs, salads, and other snacks for all. EVERYONE is welcome. Please come join! BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. Coolers with snacks and booze are welcome. 6:30pm. Go to main lobby, take steps down by the big window, and it's outside the doors at the base of the steps.

- Guests arriving Saturday have early check in at 1PM.

- When you enter the venue, you are going to encounter a gate. Please use the intercom and inform them you are there for the Desforge-Martinez Wedding. PLEASE NOTE: THE ENTIRE VENUE GROUNDS ARE DIRT/GRAVEL ROADS (well maintained).

- WEDDING DAY NOTE: You can drive to the venue from hotel. It is about 8/10 minutes. You can also take the shuttle. The shuttle will be running all night starting at 7:30pm. It can go up and down as many times as people need. When you check in, they will ask if you want to utilize the shuttle. Shuttles last call is 10:45pm.

- If you plan on staying at the venue past close and partying (the Bride and Groom will) then you have to drive your own car.

- There are lots of bears and other wild animals on these grounds. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK BETWEEN THE VENUE AND HOTEL. It is a 1 hour walk, and up gravel hills. We don't want anyone to be eaten :(
