Due to limited space (only 40 rooms) each party has been allotted one double queen room. The next closest hotel is 30 minutes away, and we would like everyone to be able to stay on-site.

Please CALL the hotel to book your room. Just let Trish know your name, Deforge-Martinez party, and she will be able to pull you up. Payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding, however you are welcome to pay immediately if you wish.

Our block is for Saturday night only! If you are planning to stay Friday evening as well, please let the hotel coordinator know when you are reserving your room.

When you arrive at the gate to Summit Bechtel Reserve it is another 20 minutes to the hotel!!

For folks checking in on Saturday, early check in is available between 1pm to get ready before the ceremony!

If for some reason, which we hope is not the case, there is not enough room in the Hotel on site, the closest hotels are in Beckley, WV. There you can find Holiday Inns, and Marriott Courtyards.
