Dress to impress—but don’t forget we’ll be on a mountain in Autumn! Think cocktail chic with a cozy twist. Skip the stilettos (we’ll be on uneven ground) and bring a layer — mountain evenings can get cool. Although reception will be inside. We want you to feel beautiful and comfortable!

We recommend arriving at least [15-30 minutes] before the ceremony begins to ensure you have enough time to find parking, settle in, and enjoy the atmosphere. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and the Gondola will start running at 4:30pm.

If you are staying on the mountain near the base then our venue is walkable (to the Steamboat Gondola). Transportation will be updated for guests not staying on the mountain!

We love your little ones, but we’re planning an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family children. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
