The Ballroom at the Ben is a 10 minute walk (1/2 mile) from the Loews Hotel (well populated streets).

Transportation will also be provided from the Loews to Ballroom at the Ben. Meet in the Lobby at 5:30pm.

The shuttle will return to the hotel at the end of the reception and throughout the duration of the After Party.

We’re so lucky to have family and friends that are willing to travel from far away to join us on our special day. Philadelphia airport (PHL) is about 20-25 minutes from our venue / hotels. We highly recommend taking a taxi or Uber/Lyft from the airport. Once you’re in Center City you won’t need a car to explore the city - not to mention city parking can be expensive.

A taxi will cost about $35 each way. Uber/Lyft can save about $10, but it depends upon the time of day. For those traveling light, and not in a rush, there is a regional line train that will take you from the airport to Center City - Jefferson Station (two blocks to Loews Hotel) or Center City - Suburban Station (two blocks to Sonesta Hotel). Visit septa.com and look at the Airport Line towards Center City.

One of Brett’s favorite ways to travel when she was living in Philadelphia was on AMTRAK. If you’re coming from New Jersey, New York, Washington DC (or even Boston), we’d highly recommend you look into taking the train. Schedules and prices are available at AMTRAK.COM, with the station stop being Philadelphia - 30th Street Station.

A taxi from the train station to the host hotels / venue will run about $10-$15. Once you’re in the city, no need to have a car, as everything is walkable or a short Uber/Lyft away.

Also - for those coming in from North Jersey / New York who are looking for a more economical option (and don’t mind a longer journey), you can take NJ Transit right into Philadelphia. You’ll transfer in Trenton and complete the last leg of the journey on SEPTA, but you can buy tickets directly from NY/NJ into Philly.

We will be providing transportation to/from the wedding venue from the Loews Hotel.

If you’re driving into Philadelphia and spending the night, both hotels offer overnight parking (however, it is at a premium price). City garages and street parking in Center City are good alternatives, but please make sure you read street signs.

If you're driving directly to the venue, street parking and garages/lots are nearby. Put in the address of 834 Chestnut Street and enter on the 9th Street side of the building.
