The Stanley Hotel
Our host property is the Stanley Hotel.
Dating from 1909, the Stanley Hotel is famous for its role in 'The Shining' and is 4 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
If you are NOT a scary movie person, like the bride, this hotel offers stunning views and great location to both our wedding venue and downtown Estes Park.
There are 3 different accommodation types at the Stanley: The Residences, The Lodge or the Aspire.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYING AT THE STANLEY
We have a "rooming list" established with the Stanley Hotel. The way this works is we have locked in rates and a certain amount of rooms reserved until June 15, 2024 when they are released back to the public.
To reserve one of the rooms on our room block, email caitlinshukwit@gmail.com or text 314.651.7840. with your desired room and dates you want to stay, and the hotel will reach out with a credit card authorization form to book the room.
TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS
We are taking over the neighborhood! We have reserved every residence available for booking the weekend of our wedding from Wednesday, July 31 - Sunday, August 3, 2024. We encourage everyone to grab a group and help us fill out the neighborhood so we can create a true community! Some of the events will take place at the Shukwit and Hurley Residences throughout the weekend and we look forward to our friends and family joining in on the fun!
Tucked behind the historic hotel, the Residences at The Stanley Hotel are private, condo-style rooms with full kitchens, private hot tubs and enough space for big groups.
We currently only have 2 - 3 bedroom condos left!
3 Bedroom (6-9 people) - $740/night plus tax & $150 1-time cleaning fee

Aspire is a separate building located at the Stanley Hotel. Aspire offer modern accommodations and apartment-like extended stay hotel in Estes Park. Aspire offers large rooms perfectly equipped for adventure seekers and National Park Visitors offering a modern, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Aspire features brand new rooms with luxury decor, apartment-like amenities, and 360-degree panoramic views of Rocky Mountain National Park.
We have 2 King Studios,and 2 King Suites left in our block.
Aspire King Studio $424/night & 1-time $50 cleaning fee
Aspire King Suite $474/night & 1-time $50 cleaning fee
The Lodge is a boutique Estes Park hotel at The Stanley, coupling boutique and historic experience under one roof. Featuring updated historic-style accommodations, The Lodge offers a more intimate and unique experience at The Stanley.
We have 36 rooms at the Lodge in our rooming list.
Lodge Queen $349/night plus tax
Lodge King $359/night plus tax
Lodge Suite $409/night plus tax
Additional Options
There are plenty of accommodations in Estes Park if you are interested in alternate options!
If you choose to stay elsewhere such as an Air Bnb or other hotel please make note about the lack of transportation in such as ubers / taxis in Estes Park. Our transportation will be between the Stanley and the coordinating venus each day.
