IMPORTANT NOTE! There are little to no taxis or ubers in the town of Estes Park. When maneuvering around the town for the week, please do not rely on ubers/taxis to get you home.

But don't worry, we have you covered! Below we have outlined all transportation details throughout the weekend.

THE SHUTTLE STANLEY PICK UP LOCATION

The shuttles throughout the weekend will pick up and dropoff in the parking lot of the Stanley Lodge Hotel during for the Welcome Party and the Wedding evening. Those staying in Residences or the Aspire will have a short walk to the parking lot to catch the transportation.

SHUTTLES

We have a shuttle traveling between the Stanley Hotel and the Estes Park Distilling Co between 6pm-12pm.

The shuttles to the Welcome Party begin at 6pm. Get there early and you get some bonus time with the bride and groom :)

The shuttles will continue throughout the night between the two locations. If you move on from Estes Park Distilling Co to another bar, please meet back in front of the Distillery to be picked up.

The last shuttle will leave Estes Park Distilling Co. at 11:45pm.

WALKING

It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Stanley Hotel to downtown Estes Park. If you are feeling up to it, grab you walking shoes and enjoy the fresh air. There are side walks that lead you all the way there.

DRIVING YOURSELF

There is free parking available in downtown Estes Park, however please know it is their busiest season, and downtown parking is limited.

Also if you plan to drink, please be safe and take one of our shuttles so we don't ruin anyone's fun!

SHUTTLES TO THE WEDDING

We have 30 passenger shuttle busses that will take attendees to the venue at the following times.

Please board the earlier busses as it is important we transport as many guests on the first busses in order to start on time. For the early arrivers at the venue, we will have a welcome drink ready!

SHUTTLES FROM THE WEDDING

We will have busses transporting guests from the Boulders to the after party and the hotel directly.

When departing the venue, each shuttle will be marked with a destination of either the Stanley or the After Party, choose your own adventure!

DRIVING YOURSELF

There is a free parking lot in front of the Boulders that you are welcome to park in. You can also leave your car in the parking lot until 10am the next morning.

If you are joining us for the after party at the Wheel Bar, the busses from the Boulders will drop you off at the Wheel Bar.

SHUTTLES

We will have a shuttle travel back and forth between the Wheel Bar and the Stanley Hotel from 11:00pm-2:00am.

WALK

A group of us might get adventurous and walk home from the Wheel Bar but that depends how many tequila sodas the bride has.

We will be hosting brunch at Residence 402 and surrounding area on the Stanley Hotel property. Take a nice walk and you will find the property behind the Stanley Hotel in the neighborhood.
