Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only weekend so that everyone can relax and enjoy the weekend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and look we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there marijuana available for purchase in Colorado?

Please note there are no dispensaries in Estes Park, the closest shop if traveling from Denver is in Lyons, CO. Please be aware that marijuana in Colorado is known for its potency. Use responsibly if you choose to partake during our wedding weekend. Also note, that marijuana is not permitted in any of the venues that are a part of the wedding weekend.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to capacities at our venue. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What is the weather like in August in Estes Park?

In Estes Park the weather in August is generally perfect, characterized by high temperatures and moderate rainfall. August is a summer month. Anticipate daytime temperatures around 78°F, while night temperatures can drop to 48°F.

Is the venue inside or outside?

The ceremony will be held inside, with the cocktail hour and reception in a shared indoor outdoor space.

Can you explain your dress codes a bit?

BOLO TIES: We want to see everyone's creative side by integrating bolo ties into your welcome party attire. See here for examples of bolo ties.

FESTIVE COCKTAIL ATTIRE:

Think more fun version of cocktail and semi-formal dress codes. You can show off your personal style and play with bold and funky colors. Let's see your favorite colors, textures and and personality shine through!

Will there be dinner served at the Welcome Party?

There will be salad and pizzas available for attendees throughout the evening. We will take any dietary restrictions listed on the RSVP survey.

What's the closest grocery store?

If you would like to grab groceries for the week there is a Safeway grocery store less than 5 minute drive from the Stanley hotel.

We have never been to Estes Park, what should we do when we are there?

We will be filling out the Things to Do page over the next few months. Head there to fill your weekend with plenty of Colorado adventure!

What is the RSVP deadline?

Due to this being a destination wedding, if you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as you can. Our deadline to RSVP is June 15, 2024 and that is when all rooms left in our room block will be released back to the public. Please try your best to be respectful of our timelines.

What's the best way to RSVP for the actual wedding?

Please use the Knot website to RSVP for the wedding on Friday, August 2, 2024. If you would prefer to not use the website, please reach out to Caitlin directly, caitlinshukwit@gmail.com.

What is the best way to RSVP for additional wedding weekend events?

Once you RSVP for the wedding on Friday, August 2, we will send you a survey to RSVP for all the events available throughout the weekend, including dietary restrictions.
