5:00pm – Group ride/walk/swim. Meet at 64 Birch Hill Rd, North Conway.

7:00–9:00pm – Kickoff at Saco River Brewing, North Conway.

Friday 9/6

10:00am – Meet at Fireplace Room, King Pine Lodge. Choose your adventure: hike, bike, swim, canoe, bowl (back by 2:30).

7:00–9:30pm – Welcome Party at Ben’s dad’s. Shuttles from King Pine dirt lot at 6:45. Light bites, drinks. Rain or shine, bring boots.

Saturday 9/7

9:00–10:00am – Resort guest breakfast, island by main office (rain plan: Fireplace Room).

4:00pm – Ceremony at King Pine summit. Chairlift & shuttles 3:00–3:45. Reception to follow. Rain plan: Evergreen Room, King Pine Lodge.

Tips: NH weather is unpredictable—pack layers/boots. Stock up on snacks/drinks before arrival. Website has food & activity recs.
