Of course! We will be hiring square dancing caller Paul Silveria to lead some fun square dancing sets after dinner and then we will have a "normal" dance party into the evening.

Unfortunately no. While we love kids, we do not want them at our wedding. Thanks for understanding!

Our menu is set through the venue but we are working on making sure there are as many plant-based options as possible. If you have a medical dietary restriction (e.g. Celiac), please let us know and we will work with the venue to ensure there is food that is safe for you to eat.

There are many ways to get to UBC campus! Koerner's Pub is about a 10-15 minute walk from the UBC bus loop, and many of the East-West bus routes all over the Lower Mainland have UBC as their terminus station. If you are driving, there is (extremely) limited free parking on Marine Drive but we recommend you park at the Rose Garden lot (closest to the venue). You can probably also take a taxi or Uber/Lyft.

Whatever makes you happy and comfortable! We want our guests to have a fun time.

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

We will have a bar tab open equivalent to two alcoholic beverages per person. If you would like additional drinks, you will have to pay for them yourself.

Please refrain from taking your own photos at the ceremony, so that our professional photographer can get the best shots free from interferences (screens, flash, etc). However, during the reception/party, please take as many photos as you'd like (and share them with us!)
