When two souls recognize their counterparts in one another, no distance is too great to overcome. 

Cori Combs and Garrett Griffin met October 17th, 2023 on Garrett’s second day of work, with Cori as his trainer. It would be the first day of the rest of their lives. 

Their connection was evident from the beginning. It evolved from playful banter, to connecting outside of work, to visiting each others’ homes. Once that connection was tested in person, it was their determination to close that distance for good. After a year of courting long-distance, in January of 2025, Garrett picked up and moved his life to Tennessee. Once new roots were planted, he asked Cori for her hand in marriage. Since you’re reading this, I think you can guess what her answer was.

Our friends and family are scattered all over the United States so we know we will be missing many of you at our ceremony. We would love to receive a note from you with advice and wishes for our future!
