This wedding is a destination wedding with the idea of spending quality time with the people we care about. Please RSVP no less than 60 days before the wedding (July 21st) Events and activities will be happening all weekend, not just the ceremony and reception on Sunday. Please stay in a cabin on site if you are able so you can share in the fun. You can find more information in the other pages on our website. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Heidi and Dani met when Dani was rotating in Heidi's lab (which she eventually joined). They became instant best friends and has been an absolute light in our lives.

Aidan was the first person Drake met in Cleveland and he has been his best friend ever since. He is the most humble and kind person you will ever meet.

Cheyanne is a big supporter of community and helps put together events for friends. She and her husband Aidan have bonded with Drake and Dani through many board game nights.

Chad met Dani in her undergrad lab while he was getting his masters. He and his now wife were fast friends. Chad is always willing to go above and beyond. Even if the request is ridiculous/dangerous/hilarious.

Chad Sallaberry

Hailey met Drake and Dani through Chad when they were at UCCS in Colorado. Hailey is now getting her PhD at Notre Dame (Very Very Smart Cookie). Every few months one of the couples drives to the other to catch up and play board games.

Darian is Drake's younger sister. She has always supported Drake throughout life and time has only made them closer.

Hunter is Drake's brother-in-law. They have gotten close since joining the family, bonding over the outdoors and hobbies. He is open to talk about anything and his impressive knowledge encompasses many different areas.

We met Joey through Dani's PhD program. He is the king of off the cuff facts, dad jokes, and fast puns. He is always a good time and good friend to have around.

Raquel was the social glue that brought a lot of the PhD friend group together. She is bubbly, selfless, and the hardest working individual we know.

Bianca is the life of any event. She is bubbly, Brazilian, and is always ready for whatever is coming next. We are so glad she is in our lives!

Eduardo is one of the most interesting people to talk with that we have ever met. He has experienced much, is married to the lovely Bianca, and we are glad we are experiencing life with him in it!

Fahad came into Drake's life through Aidan and playing board games together. Some of the hardest laughs Drake has had in years have come from Fahad's out of the blue one-liners.

We met Bia through Bianca, a fellow Brazilian. She is always incredibly kind and is the life of every party. We happy to call her a friend!

Bia Alves

Parker is Danielle's niece and has played a huge role in her life growing up. She was born when Danielle was 12 years old, and was the first time she became an aunt. Trips to California included beach time, braiding hair, family time, and sunny adventures.  Drake will always be thankful to her (and her brothers) for their help during the proposal!

Parker Young

Danielle's oldest nephew and a sports extraordinaire! From baseball to swimming, you will find him outside. He is a great brother to Parker and Jax. Often called Romano, like the cheese. 

Roman Young

Jax is Danielle's youngest nephew and Drake's secret twin. Energetic and always giggling, he is the life of the party. He is following in his sibling's footsteps, and is working to be a lifeguard on the beach. (Further proving the Drake's twin theory.)

Venue Accommodations 

Please do not book accommodations until you have received an invitation. We are thrilled to be having our wedding in a place where our whole family can come together and enjoy nature and each other's company. We sincerely hope you will join us Saturday and Sunday September 20th and 21st at the resort to fish, hike, play games, eat s'mores, and celebrate with us! Continental breakfast is included with your stay on site. All 30 cabins are held for wedding guests on a first-come first-serve basis until 6 months prior to the wedding date. Please see website for cabin options ranging from 1-6 guests per cabin. Rates will be the "off peak" rates listed on the website ranging from $180-$725/night. The availability of cabins will not be reflected on the website, and you must call for availability and to reserve. If you would like to stay beyond Saturday and Sunday you may reserve additional nights.

You've decided you are going to come to New York for the wedding! First off, thank you from both of us. Now, how do you book? The steps required are listed below.

1. Please see the site map below as well as the link to the rates and sizes of each kind of cabin. Our wedding is considered the Off Peak rate for pricing. The two largest cabins (CEOs) are reserved for the wedding party only and we will be staying in Eagleview. All other cabins are first come first serve. Cabins must be booked at least 60 days prior to the wedding, otherwise they will be listed as available on the public site. https://www.westbranchresort.com/lodginghttps://www.westbranchresort.com/resort-map

2. Call West Branch and place a reservation. 607-467-5525. State you are placing a reservation for Drake Bytnar and Danielle Browne's wedding. They will be able to assist you in seeing what is still available and for how many days. All cabin stays have a 2 night minimum of Saturday and Sunday. (9/20/25-9/21/25) Depending on your plans/cabin availability, you can extend that stay if you want to take advantage of being so far east. Please give your party's name and how many people are staying in each cabin. West Branch has an online reservation system, however it has the weekend of the wedding blacked out for wedding guests only. You will have to call to verify you are attending the wedding.

3. Then, please RSVP and indicate if you placed a reservation, which cabin, how long, and for who. This ensures we can do our best to get everyone where they would like to be!

Booking a Cabin

Please dress in dressy casual/semi-formal attire that is comfortable enough to dance in! We strongly recommend you DO NOT wear heels. The grounds are rocky and hilly and the location of the ceremony is in a bumpy field. I (Dani) will not be wearing heels myself (opting for Chacos) so please do not feel obligated. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture this day and suggest neutral or fall colors so we can have a beautiful and cohesive photo gallery, but this is just a suggestion. We want you to feel your best!
