You've decided you are going to come to New York for the wedding! First off, thank you from both of us. Now, how do you book? The steps required are listed below.

1. Please see the site map below as well as the link to the rates and sizes of each kind of cabin. Our wedding is considered the Off Peak rate for pricing. The two largest cabins (CEOs) are reserved for the wedding party only and we will be staying in Eagleview.

All other cabins are first come first serve. Cabins must be booked at least 60 days prior to the wedding, otherwise they will be listed as available on the public site.

2. Call West Branch and place a reservation. 607-467-5525. State you are placing a reservation for Drake Bytnar and Danielle Browne's wedding. They will be able to assist you in seeing what is still available and for how many days.

All cabin stays have a 2 night minimum of Saturday and Sunday. (9/20/25-9/21/25) Depending on your plans/cabin availability, you can extend that stay if you want to take advantage of being so far east.

Please give your party's name and how many people are staying in each cabin.

West Branch has an online reservation system, however it has the weekend of the wedding blacked out for wedding guests only. You will have to call to verify you are attending the wedding.

3. Then, please RSVP and indicate if you placed a reservation, which cabin, how long, and for who. This ensures we can do our best to get everyone where they would like to be!
