When it comes time to book flights (Usually 6 months out from departure date), we will update this section with flights that we would suggest you book from the most common airports our guest will fly out of (DSM, STL, CID). When traveling to Jamaica we highly encourage you to take the early flight as there will be a welcome party on the 25 at 6pm. More then likely, majority of our guests will take 2 flights ranging in duration from 1-4 hours. We suggest you dress in layers, as the plane can be cold, but airports and Jamaica will be warm.

Once you arrive at the airport in Jamaica, it will be a little crazy. Take your time. You will need your C5 document, which Susan Wolf (our travel agent) can do for you. PLEASE SCREENSHOT this BEFORE you leave. Do not rely on the airport WiFi as that is not always reliable. Once you go through customs, there is a Sandals lounge where you will wait for the bus. They have drinks, bathrooms, and snacks. If this is all overwhelming for you, feel free to sign up for Club MoBay. This is a service where someone will meet you as soon as you get off the plane and will walk you through every step up until the Sandals Lounge.

Once you arrive to Jamaica you will have to take a bus to the resort. This bus ride can range in length based on the time of day with traffic, but it took 1.5 hours. Due to this, we will provide you with a few games to pack that provides you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery,

When your stay is up, the day before, the resort will leave a note in the door to your room informing you of your departure time. If you have any questions or need more details on your departure date, time, or what to do, the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.

Please note that since the airlines require you to check into your flight 3 hours early, the resort drops you off at the airport 3 hours early. Due to this, we highly encourage you to purchase a Club MoBay pass. This will allow you to check into a VIp lounge where there is a buffet as well as unlimited drinks, a clean restroom, comfortable chairs, and WiFi.
