The ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM, so please aim to be there and in your seats by 1:45 PM.

Our dress code is formal cocktail. So think suits and cocktails dresses. But also, you do you (within reason)!

The closest metro stop is Metro Center (orange/silver/blue & red lines). Make sure to exit the station at G & 13th and walk 5 minutes! Our second hotel block at the River Inn is a 4 minute walk from the orange/blue/silver line train. There are also many bus lines that take you close to the venue. Street parking is limited in downtown DC. You can find garages and spothero options here: https://www.press.org/visit-us Valet parking is also available at Hotel Washington at a rate of $63 per day. If you plan on drinking, we encourage you to take a ride share or public transportation!

We recommend flying into Reagan National Airport (DCA), which offers the easiest access to downtown D.C. of the three airports, either by metro (direct blue line route to Hotel Washington and River Inn) or car (a 7-15 minute drive/Uber ride to the hotels). Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) also offer numerous flight options, and you may access D.C. by car (typically a 40-60 minute drive depending on traffic) or by train (BWI: MARC train or Amtrak to D.C. Union Station; Dulles: Metro silver line).
