Angelina was the cool, talented, larger-than-life Junior in Elyssa’s college sorority, and Elyssa solidified the friendship by bringing Angelina apple juice to her office hours. A few years later, they became normal friends.

Just years short of becoming David's domestic partner (in the eyes of D.C. law!), this longtime roommate, data extraordinaire, and Cincinnati mega-enthusiast earned his Best Man wings through years of friendship, homemade bagels, and Jeopardy viewing.

Elyssa was instantly taken by Mikayla's spunky energy and yearning to sing all of their school assignments. The two fell deeper in love during their weekly COVID calls that lasted anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 hours. Now they are pretty much inseparable!

Since first meeting more than 30 years ago, David and Jacob have maintained their brotherhood to this day! David is honored to have this acclaimed engineer, innovator, designated Hora chair-lifter, and friend stand with him at the wedding!

Jenna is the shabbat dinner host of your dreams and the literal reason why this wedding is happening. Elyssa and Jenna met at Jewish events in DC and have been close friends ever since.

David is thrilled to have Matt, his favorite future brother-in-law, stand with him this May - and thanks him in advance for his legal advice should the party get too out of hand!

When they were 10, Elyssa kicked Lily in the shins, and it was love at first site. Lily is Elyssa’s oldest friend and her perpetual favorite dancing and nerdy public health buddy.

This bibliophilic, globetrotting feline fanatic holds the distinct honor of being David's friend since the beginning of time (or: sixth grade Latin class).

Bless her heart! – Emily is a pro-knitter, stellar cat mom, and the inspiring queen of Johns Hopkins Public Health school and together, Elyssa and Emily formed the Lemon Gang.

From middle school through college to today, David has cherished his debates with Steven on the virtues of liberal democracy and looks forward to continuing this dialogue up until the wedding ceremony.

Through two glass pains, Elyssa spotted Rachel dancing and knew she had to join in. The next 7 years were filled with more dancing (mostly to SIX!) and many heartfelt convos in Kogan Plaza.

Despite their disagreements on whose dog is the cuddliest, David is humbled for this three-in-one TurboTax expert, baking master, and valued friend to join him on the big day!

Maria and Elyssa met over Facebook messenger - a love story in the making. The two spent the majority of their year in graduate school eating GF and Vegan delicacies, crying over Pixar movies, and avoiding Emily’s killer cat.

In their collective spare time (and imaginations), David and Parth are prolific inventors with numerous household products under their belt (of varying degrees of utility). They will be taking investments up through and during the wedding!
