As a resort community, Lake Chelan has no shortage of lodging options. With that said, a common cost-effective option is Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental homes. These lodging options often offer the most space and quality for your investment. When properties are split amongst several guests, these options can typically be the most cost effective as well. (Guests are encouraged to explore "The Lookout" and "Wapato Point" areas of Chelan and Manson, for great vacation rental options.)

Alternatively, any of the downtown Chelan hotels will offer easy access to our venue and the lake. These hotels have blocks available for our guests, with additional details available in the "Travel" section of this website.

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend our event. We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time. Adults only please!

If you already know you can attend our event, we would appreciate it if you RSVP online as soon as possible. This will give us a better idea of guest count for planning purposes.

You will be missed! if you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

The dress code for our wedding is summer formal/cocktail attire.

Our wedding venue, LARC Hill Vineyards, offers an exceptional view of Lake Chelan from both an outdoor event space, as well as an indoor dining and reception area. Our wedding will utilize both spaces. Weather permitting, our guests should be treated to the best of both worlds. With that said, it is always safe to bring an extra layer in case the evening cools off.

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We will ensure that you are properly hydrated while you wait.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. Adult refreshments will be provided, so we would ask that you please plan responsibly if you intend to partake in the celebrations. There are limited public transportation options available in Chelan.
