We’re excited for you to experience the beautiful Lake Chelan! The city of Chelan is nestled in the Cascade Mountains in central Washington, about 3.5 hours from Seattle. The best options for traveling there if you are not driving are as follows.
A: Flight to Seattle + 3.5 hour scenic drive to Chelan
B: Flight to Seattle + Flight to Wenatchee + 30 Minute Drive to Chelan.
We understand there is a travel commitment for this wedding. We believe you will be enchanted with the awe-inspiring Washington mountains and the serene Lake Chelan setting, but we understand if the travel commitment is too large for all our invited guests.
Because our wedding is on a holiday weekend, we recommend booking lodging ASAP!!!
If you have trouble booking your stay or are looking for a cheaper option, Wenatchee has several only 30 miles away!
Campbell's Resort

Located 8 minutes from the wedding venue. Make yourself at home in one of the 168 guest-rooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include safes and complimentary weekday newspapers, as well as phones with free local calls. With a stay at Campbell's Resort in Chelan, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Lake Chelan and Slidewaters at Lake Chelan. Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a 24-hour fitness center.
Lakeside Lodge & Suites

There are 3 different room styles to choose from;
King Suites -$209.99 per night (without tax)

Located 3 minutes from the wedding venue. Adjacent to the beach at Lakeside Park, this family-owned lodge is 2 miles from the restaurants and shops of downtown Chelan and 3 miles from the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course.
The bright and simply furnished rooms have free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs with DVD players, as well as coffeemakers, minifridges and microwaves. Most have water views, and some add kitchenettes. Suites include dining tables, pull-out sofas, whirlpool tubs and private balconies.
Free hot breakfast is provided. There's a conference center, a fitness room and a hot tub, along with an indoor and a seasonal outdoor pool.

Located 6 minutes from the wedding venue. GrandView on the Lake offers direct access to Lake Chelan, and panoramic lake or mountain views from every guest room. Located 5 minutes from our venue. All units are luxury condominiums with all of the modern conveniences of home. All you need to bring with you are personal items and beach towels. Peterson’s Waterfront offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy all Lake Chelan has to offer. You can sit back and watch the activity on the lake or take off from our private dock to enjoy and explore.
The Lookout at Lake Chelan
The Lookout at Lake Chelan is a lakeside village with house rentals and a neighborhood vibe. There are amentities like pool, hot-tub, beach cove, marina, outdoor community kitchen and bocce ball! The Lookout at Lake Chelan is located 13 minutes from the wedding venue.

From Chelan to Manson, condos to homes, Sage Rentals is a great website to search for accommodations in Chelan. There is a variety of price points, locations and sizes to choose from.
Methow Valley Shuttle
Transportation options are limited in Chelan. We are providing 2 vans to escort guests to and from the venue. There are 3 pickup locations where you can wait for the vans; downtown at Campbells Resort, the entrance at Wapato Point, and the entrance at The Lookout. If you are not staying at Campbells resort but are being picked up there, the hotel asks that you park off property at Safeway or the city park. Pickups will begin at 4:15pm to bring guests to the venue and will be on site from 8pm-12am to bring guests back. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you wish to drive and you can leave vehicles overnight. Please note that the vans only hold up to 7 passengers.
