To confirm your transportation, email transfers@seasonstours.com and provide the following information:

· Excellence Riviera Cancun confirmation number (this will be a code with letters and numbers and sent to the lead person on the suite reservation)

· Name(s) of those on reservation

· Number of Guests (should be 2 for most reservations)

· Arrival Date & Time

· Arrival Airline name and Flight Number

· Departure Date & Time

· Departure Airline name and Flight Number

You should receive an email back from them confirming your pickup at the airport with detailed instructions to avoid the pushy timeshare salesmen and taxi drivers when exiting the airport and finding the Seasons company representatives.

In 1-3 Days they will respond with a confirmation email. Confirm on the email that they send you that the total cost is $0. If it says that it will be $140, you need to remind them with your ERC confirmation number that it is free and they will resend you a confirmation for $0 (this happened to us during our site visit earlier this year).

If you are arriving with multiple others with different reservations, ensure that every suite confirms transportation—you may be able to ask if four people can ride together but they should be organized prior to arrival.

The drive between the airport and resort is less than 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

For departures, Seasons Transportation will also send a confirmation that shows you will leave the resort 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Remember, checkout is at 12:00pm so if your flight leaves later than 3:00pm you will have some time that you won’t have a room but you will have to wait around (at the pool, lobby, restaurant, etc) until your private transportation is scheduled to leave).

If you are travelling in a group of people where there are multiple suite reservations, there are two options for you:

1. Every suite individually get a confirmed transfer for those on their reservation (recommended)

2. Provide Seasons Tours with multiple confirmation numbers and request a joint transfer from the airport to the resort (ensure they confirm the correct number of passengers in their confirmation email!)

NOTE: The transfer vehicle will be an SUV. We don't recommend booking more than 4 people in the car so there is ample space for luggage and comfort.

The free transfer is only valid for one round-trip ride per suite so there are a couple options:

1. If your flight arrival times are only 1-2 hours apart, consider waiting for the other person(s) in the airport so you can ride together. If you take this route, make sure to provide the latest-arriving-person's flight information so that that Seasons Tours knows what time to expect you and the group to be ready to leave.

2. If you are arriving 2+ hours apart or don't want to wait, one person can utilize the free transfer through Seasons Tours and the other person can book a Third-Party transfer.

Book your transfer in advance! Uber/Lyft is NOT an option when you arrive (there's contention and labor disputes between taxis and rideshare companies) and the taxi drivers may severely overcharge you.
