Dress Code & Attire

Theme/Colors

We’ve gotten questions about the “theme”, “colors”, or other special requests for a dress code for wedding events (welcome cocktail party, ceremony, reception). We do not want anyone to feel obligated to buy new clothes solely for this trip—you will be welcome as you are!

For those that would still like some additional guidance, here is what we recommend:

· Consider wearing: muted, neutral, earthy, light hues

· Consider avoiding: extremely bright, “loud”, or dark (black/dark brown) hues

Welcome Cocktail Party (1/9/25)

Casual

· Women: Casual dress, jumpsuit, skirt, etc. This event will NOT take place on the beach (in sand).

· Men: Long or short sleeve button up or polo. Consider wearing long pants depending on which restaurant you will be eating dinner at (as some require pants for men). Footwear at your discretion.

Ceremony/Reception (1/10/25)

Semi-Formal

· Women: Dress, Jumpsuit, Skirt, etc. Reminder: These events will take place on the beach. Consider avoiding heels to avoid them sinking in the sand!

· Men: Long sleeve button up, Long pants. Blazer preferred, but optional. Tie not required. Formal sandals, loafers, or dress shoes. For reference, Jace, Jansen, and a few of the other family members will be in suits (no ties).

Sunset Cruise (1/11/25)

Casual

This event is casual and there is no swimming that is expected during the cruise. You may consider wearing something you would typically wear to dinner. This will be a great opportunity for you and your spouse/friends/family to get some good pictures!

General Resort Dress Code

At Your discretion and restaurants' guidelines

· Women: At your discretion. Many breakfast/lunch restaurants require at minimum a cover-up if you are in a swimsuit. Dresses/jumpsuits/skirts are typical dinner attire at restaurants.

· Men: At your discretion. Many breakfast/lunch restaurants don’t allow men wearing sleeveless shirts. Some dinner restaurants (Chez Isebelle and Magna) require pants for men. Collared shirts (short or long sleeve) and polos are the typical men’s attire for dinners.
