Hello!
Thanks for visiting our website! If you’re here, you probably received a save-the date, which means that you are someone important to us and we would really like for you to attend our wedding. As you know, on the save-the-dates we listed an RSVP deadline of February 14th. We completely understand that this is quite early and you and your family may not know whether or not you will be able to attend by then. However, we are trying to get the most accurate headcount as early as possible for our seating and catering vendors to be most cost effective. We have also included an RSVP on our save-the-dates so that we know exactly how many invitations will be necessary to send out. By February 14th, we would like for potential guests to have an idea of whether or not they plan to attend. If you know that you absolutely will not be able to attend our wedding then please do not RSVP. By not RSVPing, you will not be included on our seating and catering list or invitation recipient list. We completely understand if you will not be able to make it to our wedding but we are still so grateful that you will be sending us well wishes from afar. However, if you think there is a decent chance you will be able to attend then please do RSVP and we will add you to our current headcount list which will be accounted for by our seating and catering vendors, thus reserving seating and meal arrangements for you and your party, and you will also receive an official wedding invitation in the coming months. We also completely understand that situations can change so if you do believe you will be able to attend the wedding and RSVP, but something arises in the coming months please do not hesitate to contact us at the number listed on the save-the-date. The reverse is also true, if you do not believe you will be able to make it and choose not to RSVP, but later this spring decide that you may be able to make it after all then please don’t hesitate to give us a call! Thank you for your understanding and we hope that you can attend!
