Cumberland Mountain State Park is where the wedding is happening. However, there is sooo much to see in this state park besides the wedding venue! There are beautiful hiking trails, amazing kayaking and canoeing, and tons of historic Cumberland Plateau homestead architecture dating back to the 1930's.

Only an hour away from the wedding venue, Fall Creek Falls State Park is an incredible place to visit in East Tennessee! This state park boasts one of the tallest waterfalls in the Eastern United States. This state park has amazing hiking trails and many other amenities.

Ruby Falls is an awesome tourist attraction is Chattanooga, TN, about an hour and a half south of the wedding venue. Ruby Falls is an underground waterfall located in a huge cavern beneath Lookout Mountain. Jill worked as a tour guide here for 2 years while in undergrad at UT Chattanooga.

Also in Chattanooga, an hour and a half south of the wedding venue, the Tennessee Aquarium is tons of fun for small children! If you go you have to check out the Chattanooga Riverwalk and Walking Bridge along the Tennessee River just a few blocks down from the aquarium.

Dolly Parton's amusement park with tons of rollercoasters and other attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN, only an hour and 45 minutes east of the wedding venue.

With as much as Hunter and Jill love national parks, you couldn't expect them not to include at least one to put on your bucket list. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is Jill's home national park. She feels like she grew up in this park. Some awesome things to see in the park are Cades Cove (great for wildlife viewing) and Clingman's Dome (highest point in the park, from which you can see several states). The entrance to this park is in Gatlinburg, TN, about an hour and 45 minutes east of the wedding venue.

Gatlinburg is definitely one of the awesomest towns in Tennessee! There is soooo much to do!

Pigeon Forge is Gatlinburg's sister city! Just like Gatlinburg, there are endless fun things to do in this town!
