We will cater all food and drinks, we only ask that you pay the cost of your bed(s) (70 CHF per adult - roughly €73 or $79 USD).

Please RSVP via our website by May 1st, 2025, including your room preference, and submit your payment as soon as possible to secure your place!

4:00 PM – Guests start arriving, check-in and welcome drinks/snacks. Please arrive by 5:30pm if possible.

6:00 PM – Welcome speech, brief introduction to the weekend

6:30 PM – Dinner (buffet style)

8:00 PM + – Party! (Music, dancing, games, drinks)

10 PM – Late-night snacks (raclette)

8:30-10:00 AM – Breakfast (self-serve or light buffet)

10:30 AM – Optional activities start:

Group 1: Gondola ride up the mountain + optional trotti bikes down

Group 2: Visit to the beautiful Aare Gorge

Group 3: Chill at the hotel or nearby café

2:30 PM – Everyone returns to hotel for final goodbyes

4:00 PM – Hard stop, venue must be cleared
