They have made this hotel their suggested hotel. This hotel can be booked using their wedding block, at the discounted rate listed above. All reservations must be made before July 31, 2024.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. (Katie personally talked to Brittany, the event planner, and she said it was no problem for our guests to come in early and is aware that the wedding starts at 4pm). The guest service staff will arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available.

This hotel is a 6 minute drive to and from the wedding venue. In addition it's also a 5 minute drive to Main Street (Mirror Lake on the map), which is the shopping area in the village.

There will be buses from this hotel to and from the wedding. The bus will have two runs each way. To get to the wedding a bus will leave at 3pm and 3:30pm. To get back to the hotel a bus will leave at 10pm and 10:30pm. We will be hosting an after-wedding party here with drinks and snacks.

Please keep in mind that if you do not pick our preferred hotel, you will have to find accommodations on traveling to and from the wedding. Also because of the holiday weekend, some of these other hotels require a two or three night minimum stay.
