Your total is going to show $0! This is correct! A deposit is no longer required. They only require you to put a card on file. Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 31 days prior to your arrival.

Remember to adjust your dates and number of adults or children if needed.

Only choose "All Inclusive - Best Flexible Rate" as shown! This is the only refundable option and allows you to pay with a payment plan!

Add your guests' information. In the special request box, please put any accommodations needed and/or if you will need more than 1 bed in your room. You may also email @reservbodaspr@palaceresorts.com

After filling in your card info, click "proceed to pay $0.00" and your reservation will be created. They will then send you a confirmation email.

After your reservation is created, be sure to email @ccweddingspr@thepalacecompany.com or call 1-877-725-4933 for your payment plan link. Give them your name, confirmation number, and that you are with the Gray/Phanor Jr Wedding block.
