When do I have to RSVP?
You can RSVP on the website now, and until May 31st, 2025. After this date we can no longer accommodate any guests. Also, you can book now, and until May 1, 2025. After this date the booking link will no longer be available.
Do I need a passport?
Yes! Passports are required to travel to Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
As a general rule, passports must be valid for six months beyond the date you will exit the United States. However, the US has agreements with some countries to waive this requirement. Jamaica is currently on the list, but please be sure your passport is valid for the entire trip.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
You must use our link to book your stay. Round trip transportation is provided for guests staying 4 nights or more. The option to add the free shuttle is available when booking.
The shuttle ride to the resort is an hour and a half.
What does my stay cover?
The resort is all-inclusive. Your stay includes your room, resort activities, food & drinks (including alcoholic beverages).
*Not included for an additional cost: airfare, tips, spa/massages, excursions, and the gift shop.*
Is airfare included?
Airfare is NOT included. You will need to make your own accommodations.
Do I have to stay Nov. 9th to Nov. 13th?
No. The wedding group rate is for 5 days & 4 nights. Any changes to the number of days will alter your price.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! After you pay the $100 deposit to secure your room, you can reach out to Moon Palace Resorts Wedding Customer Service at ccweddingspr@thepalacecompany.com or call 1-877-725-4933.
Please send them an email or call with your name, confirmation number, and let them know you are with the Gray/Phanor Jr Wedding block. They will send you a unique link personalized to your reservation. Be sure to save this link for future access. This what you will use to make any additional payments. Any amount, at any time, up until the cut off date is made directly through your link.
Can I receive a refund if I need to cancel my trip?
The "Pay in Full and Save" option is completely non-refundable. The "Flexible Rate" option allows cancelation up until 4 days prior to arrival without a penalty and a full refund. The "Flexible Rate" option also allows you to do the payment plan. (Please choose the flexible-rate option.)
Do I need to complete an entry/exit form?
Yes. After you book your flight, you’ll need to complete an entry and exit form. Use the link to access it and follow the instructions.
Why can't I choose if I want a single or double beds?
Palace Resorts doesn't allow us to choose our bed size upon booking. Please reach out to reservbodaspr@palaceresorts.com if you would like to submit your requests.
I want to add the honeymoon/anniversary package to my stay, but it says I need to bring my marriage certificate?
You do NOT have to bring your physical marriage certificate. You can bring a copy of your marriage certificate and the resort should accept that.
What is the wedding attire?
Semi-formal. Shorts, sneakers, sandals, & flip flops are allowed. Please, no jeans or swim suits.
Do I have to give a gift?
Your presence is a gift. However, if you'd like to bless us with something our registry has been posted. All gifts are appreciated!
What can my kids do while I’m at the reception?
The resort has a kid’s club with daily activities and supervision from 10am-10pm for ages 4-12. Children under 4 are welcome, but they have to be under supervision of an adult and/or guardian per resort policy.
What if I don't stay at the resort? Can I still attend any of the events?
Unfortunately, you cannot attend any wedding events, except the ceremony and reception. You will also be charged for a wedding day pass that only allows you to attend the areas the wedding is being held. This is the resort's policy.
What if I can't travel?
No worries! As much as we'd miss your presence, we understand. We are having an engagement party July 27th, 2024.
