The hotel requires a minimum of two nights stay, so a block of rooms has been reserved for us for August 8th-10th. The hotel said they will put together discounted prices for stays longer than the room blocked dates. Room rate pricing includes taxes/fees and breakfast.
A certain number of rooms have been blocked based on our poll results. To make your room reservation: Email the request for reservation to: recepcion@palaciodeaviles.es (linked below).

If staying for longer than the room-blocked dates, we recommend reserving your room sooner rather than later to ensure availability.
*NOTE* The venue will ask for specific Information that is required by the Ministry of the Interior under RD 933/221. This information is solely for the Ministry of the Interior and will not be shared anywhere else.

Check in is at 3pm but if for whatever reason you need to check in earlier, if the hotel is told in advance and they have a room available, there's no problem with an earlier check in.
