HOTEL DU PONT
You may reserve a room at a discounted price to be part of our wedding block of rooms that are reserved at Hotel du Pont. You are not required to stay every night offered. You are not required to stay here at all! We will have transportation provided from here to church and reception. Deadline to reserve is May 8, 2024. Please book by this date otherwise you will not receive the discount. Also if you have already made hotel reservations at this location prior to having our code please call the hotel and they can move your room to our block and apply the discounted rate for you.

Mendenhall Inn
This is another local hotel. While we do not have a wedding block of rooms at this location it may be a more affordable option for some. Please note that we will not have transportation from this location to our wedding venues. You will be required to organize your own transportation or share a ride with others who may be traveling from this location. Please let Maddie or Scott know if you choose to stay here and we can put you in contact with others staying here if you would like :)
Breakfast Spots
Brew HaHa!
Cute coffee shop you can grab and go or stay for a meal! There are multiple locations. The closest one to the Hotel du Pont is located in Trolley Square at 1400 N. DuPont St.
Wilmington, DE 19806. The closest location to Callahan's and Brad du Pont's home is in Greenville at 3838 Kennett Pike, Greenville, DE 19807.
Janssen's Market
Located near the Greenville's Brewhaha, Janssens is a grocery store that has good hot meals to go. If you just want a basic breakfast this is the place to hit up.
Buckley's Tavern
Great place for brunch close to the Callahan's and Brad's houses. It's our local bar and a great place for a bite to sit outside or to grab and go.
Goobers Diner
Diner in Wilmington (closer to the Church location). They are great for breakfast but you can get any meal here. Owned by the same owners of Buckley's so they have similar menus.
kaffé KARMA.
This one is for the girls and the vegans. One of Maddie's favorite places to get avocado toast and a blue matcha (Maddie gets her's with a pump of vanilla and oat milk). Located near Wegmans closer to Greenville.

El Diablo Burritos
Fun fact: Maddie's first job in high school was at this El Diablo in Trolley Square (located in Wilmington). Get a burrito to go!
Terrain at Styer's
One of Maddie's favorite places. It's a garden shop and a cafe and a restaurant all in one! Has vegan/vegetarian options.
Bardea Food & Drink
One of the only places Maddie can get Scott to go to Wilmington for. Great food and a fun atmosphere for a nice meal. Close to the Hotel du Pont.
Agave Mexican Resaurant
One of Maddie and Scott's favorite Mexican restaurants. Beware the margs are sneaky!
Walter's Steakhouse
Scott's favorite place to get steak. Go here for a sit down classic steak restaurant.
BBC Tavern and Grill
This is a bar and restaurant in Greenville. Great casual place to hang out with friends and grab a beer!
Things to do
Hagley Museum
This is where Maddie and Scott got engaged! Learn about some du Pont history at the museum and check out the outdoors.
Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library
A great place for an outdoor walk (or an outdoor backgammon picnic) close to the Callahan's and Brad du Pont's house between Greenville and Centreville.
Longwood Gardens
If you are visiting from out of town and have some time to check out the area while you're here check out Longwood Gardens! It's a beautiful outdoor garden like no other place in the world!
