We encourage you to book early! Once the room block is full, rooms will go at the current market price and this resort often completely sells out during summer weekends. If you would like to extend your stay beyond Thursday - Monday, please call the resort directly to get an extended discount.

If you would like to stay at an Airbnb or another hotel, we recommend looking in Tahoe City, Olympic Valley, or Truckee. Check out the River Ranch.

There will be a flat $25 parking fee at Everline for non-guests the day of the wedding. We suggest taking the bus or scheduling an Uber/Lyft to avoid drinking and driving.

If you fly in late, we recommend spending a night in Reno at one of the following hotels. Both are located 5 minutes from the airport.

We suggest looking at all airports and airlines (check Southwest) to compare pricing and flight times. Consider flying on Thursday or Tuesday for better options.

There is potential to be traffic getting to/from the airport as it is a holiday weekend and the second weekend of Burning Man festival. In addition to Lake Tahoe, there is Yosemite and Napa Valley not too far away if you want to extend your vacation!

You will definitely need a car rental if you plan to explore the full Tahoe area. It takes 2+ hours roundtrip to drive around the entire lake without stopping.

As with the hotel, we suggest booking your rental car early. You can book rental cars through the airport or use Turo, a service similar to Airbnb but for cars instead of homes. There is a $25 overnight parking fee at Everline so consider carpooling with other guests to save some $!

There is a shuttle from Reno airport to Tahoe City or Truckee if your flight gets in later, but you still want to share a rental car with other guests throughout the weekend.
