Flights:
We recommend flying through the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport (BUF).
Rochester Airport (ROC) is a similar distance to the wedding venue, but much further from our hotel block and local activities. If flights are cheaper, this is another reasonable option.
Please keep in mind NYC airports are 6+ hours driving distance from Buffalo--do not book through NYC unless you are planning a road trip alongside the wedding!
The Mosey Hotel
Rooms to be booked by 10/5/2022. The prices WILL increase at this time, and rooms will fill quickly as there is a Bills home game this weekend. Call and ask for Patrice with any questions or concerns.
This is about a 10-minute drive from the airport and is in walking distance of several parks and restaurants should you forego a rental car for the trip!
We are considering an additional block for a cheaper rate in Batavia, NY (~20 minutes from the wedding venue, but ) based on interest. Please reach out to Shawn or Madison if you would prefer this option.
Hotel-Wedding Shuttle
We will have a shuttle service from The Mosey Hotel in Williamsville to the wedding venue! This is free to all and we will have plenty of room to accommodate interested guests.
If an additional hotel block is added closer to the venue, we will likely be able to make an additional stop and include transport here as well. Details to be updated accordingly.
