We are providing shuttle service to and from Wild Basin Lodge for guests on wedding day. Guests are not required to take the shuttles, but we encourage you to if you plan to take advantage of the open bar.

Shuttles will pick guests up at both the Estes Park Resort and Trailborn Rocky Mountains Outpost. Guests who are not staying at our hotel blocks are welcome to utilize the shuttles but must find their own transportation to the pick up locations. We cannot guarantee parking at the hotels for non-guests.

Shuttles will depart Estes Park no later than 3:30pm to ensure guests arrive at Wild Basin Lodge on time. However, please be ready for pick up no later than 3:15pm. Shuttles will leave the venue around 10:15pm to take guests back to both hotels.

When RSVP'ing, please indicate whether you will be using the shuttles so we can ensure there is enough transportation for everyone.
