Appetizers will be passed during cocktail hour.
Dinner (served family-style):
-Beef tenderloin topped with blue cheese truffle butter
-Roasted chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil; served with a tomato cream sauce
-Smashed potatoes with cheddar cheese and chives
-Fried brussel sprouts with bacon brown sugar glaze
