It is a tale as old as time, he was a handy man, she was a high school teacher. We had been fast friends from the beginning and for several years that is all it was: a really good friendship. But after getting to know each other more, we discovered the best thing a friendship can lead to: best friendship.

It is something special to meet somebody who you can't wait to come home to. Not only do we get to be best friends, but also people who love and care deeply about each other on a whole different level.

After dating for some time, Bobby popped the question at a concert. It was the most beautiful ring Matti had ever seen and it was perfect. Of course she said yes immediately and anybody who knows her knows that it didn't hit her right away that she was getting married to her best friend. No, it hit her in the car in the parking garage outside the venue and she began laughing and crying and alternating between the two. Bobby just sat there beaming like an idiot.
