All aboard! You are cordially invited to join us on a wedding cruise of a lifetime; the marriage of Michael Sean Begale and Jeffrey Ernest Ferrell on the open sea. We may “technically” be married already, but we still want that golden Hallmark moment with all of our friends and family. As a gay couple, a public declaration of our commitment to each other is a statement of our strength in community and a privilege that others in our position did not always have. We are sitting in the shade of trees that we did not plant and we are deeply grateful to those that made this type of public declaration of love possible. The two of us both have a deep connection to our friends and family. It is something that we both identified in each other early on and was one of the many reasons we fell in love. After much deliberation and many bottles of Michael’s wine, we would be honored to have a celebration supported by our loved ones to publicly seal our union. So, why a cruise you say?! Well, Michael being from Chicago and Jeff being from Florida meant that we were going to have a destination wedding regardless. Then we realized that to maximize time spent together, a cruise would be the ultimate wedding bonanza. That means we need YOU to join us on our wedding cruise and come celebrate for 4 massively exciting days. There will be happy tears, theme days, costumes, boat rides, sunny adventure and dancing!
